All classes are held the third Thursday of the month September-May from 10am-12pm in-person at the Tualatin Hall, live on Zoom and via remote simulcast at each of the following training center locations: Vancouver, Salem, Springfield, Medford, and Redmond. Registration is not required unless otherwise indicated. Open to all retirees and their spouses.

For members who are participating in the online portion of the Retiree Wellness Program, you have the option of watching the live class recordings as they become available or watching one of the previous year’s class recordings or YouTube videos listed below. You are welcome to do any combination of live, recording and YouTube to accumulate your points. For each recording or video, please complete a knowledge check to verify that you watched. Each video is worth 2 points.
